So whether you prefer to turn up on spec or make a reservation, you're completely free to vary where and when you dine out. Not to mention who sits at your table. A table for two or a party of ten, it's up to you. The same goes for the way you dress. Evenings are smart casual, that's all. And if you do want to dress up, you'll get the chance-but it's completely optional.
